I imported a DSC or XRD curve, then draw a baseline between the start and end point of a peak, want to get the area among them(the baseline and the given peak),but I failed. what should I do in order to get the area I want? If anyone knows, very helpful and thanks. I need it very much. I use originpro 7.0.

If you are talking about doing integration in Origin C, there is the Curve_integrate function.

getnumber (Anfang) V_Beg (Ende) V_End (Bereichseingabe); // Benutzerdef. Daten einlesen

%Z=doc.wksName$(NUMMER)$; // n-ten Worksheetnamen ermitteln
%A = %Z!wks.col$(k).name$; // selektierten Spaltennamen ermitteln

integrate %Z_%A -b V_Beg -e V_End;

the outcomes are in
integ.area
integ.x0
integ.y0
integ.dx
