I have an idea!
To select some useful or typical topics and paste them to a single forum for others to study , it can avoid the same repeated questions, and find oneself answer for his convenience. So tell the newers to watch them at first before taking his questions.

Wish this idea is useful!
thanks

Like a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) list? Good idea... I answer forum questions with links to previous topics quite often. However, it might be difficult to administer depending on the forum software's capabilities. The software's search capability is rather good and perhaps that tool should be more prominent. (Now it's easy to overlook at the upper right corner of the screen.)

The official Origin FAQ is here. It might help to add a link to it on the forum page and update it more frequently from forum topics. A link to the Knowledge Base might also be useful on the forum page.

Please also note that the Originlab main website's search will also search the forum posts. Please try that, as that search supports advanced search with * and ? etc.

Currently, that search link is a little obscure, just one of the link at the bottom of the main page, but it is far more usful than the Forum's own search.
