Hi folks,

i have a problem refering the peak and baseline tools. Everytime when I try to integrate the areas of the peaks in my chromatograms, the program shows only one peak in the report though there are much more.
What can I do?

Thanks,

Frannc11

Hi, Frannc11

Center and height in the report indicate the peak of maximum height.
But the area in the report indicates area of the whole data plot.

If you would like to see seperated area of all the peaks, please select "Use Base Markers" in the Area tab. In this way the report will show you results of all seperated peaks.

Thanks
Echo
