Hi Easwer,

thak you for your answer! Is EC50 value the x0 or the logx0 (categorie Pharmacology, function Dose-Response)? I compared EC50 of dose-response and logistic curves and they are almost similar, but the p value (hill slope) from both curves (logistic and dose-response) are totally different. It means that the p from logistic curve is not the hill slope?
