Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5
Operating System:XP

Hello!

My problem is with the non-linear curve fitting : I have defined a new function successfully,but i would like Origin compute my function in Log. I've tried to do this directly,for exemple y=(a*b)^n become log(y)=n*log(a*b), but the program can not compile it.

Thanks

Hello,

Use y = 10^(n*log(a*b)) if the logarithm is 10 based;
Use y = exp(n*ln(a*b)) if it is e based;

Does this work?
