hey guys
I obtained data on bacterial growth with different concentrations of a antibiotic. My aim is to get the minimal inhibtory concentration (MIC) with a so called lambert-pearson-plot but I have no clue how to do this with origin

Hi,
I am not sure whether you really want to perform fitting in your data. Please take a look at this knowledge base item and see if this applies to you:
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Fitting-NLFit-Basic
If not, please post more details, such as something more about your data and the result you desire.
