OriginPro Ver. 2018B 64 bit SR1 b9.5.195 on Win10 and OriginPro Ver. 2018b 64 bit b9.5.5.409 on Win7

Hi, I like to report a very peculiar behavior of the
2D Contour Plot feature: This feature behaves different depending on the above Origin versions and operating systems.
The problem is the following: With the first Origin version the feature works normal in so far as if the x-range is changed the horizontal contour plot will change accordingly as long as the dialog window is open. Surprisingly with the other origin version under Win7 this is NOT the case. The horizontal contour plot will not at all be displayed if the x-range is in the second half of the total x-range of the matrix. I checked also the ProfileData.wks, the values of the second half of the spectrum are not there! If I go back to full range everything is fine. I tried a very simple example, just a 10x10 matrix filled with doubles. See the attached screenshots. Does anybody have an explanation and perhaps a solution? I can provide the *.opj-files...
Hope to get rid of this problem. It spoils my data analysis application.

best,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

I am sorry that we didn’t receive the similar report before and I couldn’t reproduce this issue neither.

Could you please send us your opj file and the detailed steps to reproduce the issue you saw? You could contact us via tech@originlab.com.

Regards,
Yuki
