May we plot 3D graphics using layers ?

Hi Antonio,

That depends on what you are trying to do. It is fairly easy, for instance, to create two 3D graphs and merge them into a single 1 X 2 (or 2 X 1) panel graph using the Edit:Merge All Graph Windows menu command.

It is also possible to include a second matrix in a single-layer 3D plot using the Layern dialog box. See the following Origin 7.5 Help file topic for guidance:

The Graph: Customizing>Controlling the Display of the Data Plot>Customizing Specific Elements>3D Surfaces> Displaying Multiple 3D Surfaces or a 3D Surface and Multiple 3D Scatter Data Plots
