Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2017 and 2019b
Operating System: Win 10

Since long time on 2 computers I use the Origin program. To my surprise in both I got the message that I use the program without activation and I have only few days to do it.

The procedure should go like this:
I should go to https://www.originlab.com/restricted/regmysn.aspxt. Then I should write the Registration Code and press the "Continue". I should get then the Product Key.

The problem is that I cannot do it because I get the message that I am already registered. What is, of course, true, but as a result I cannot make the activation.
I guess that after some Windows actualization my computers lost information that the Origin is activated.
The result is that I cannot de-activate the programs because locally they are NOT activated, even if for my Origin account they are activated. What can/should I do?

Help, please!

Eryk

Hi Eryk,

Would you please send this issue to our Customer Care team via reginfo@originlab.com, and provide the serial number of your Origin then?

Thanks,
Shirley
