Origin Version: OriginPro 2019b (64-bit) Service Release: 9.6.5.169 (Academic) Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise
Hello All,
My institution recently updated it's Origin software to 2019b. For the past few years I've used Origin 8.5 and 9.0 (my previous institution's computer and my current laptop, respectively, both running on Windows 7). I've transferred my old projects to the computer running 2019b and am using it as my primary graphing software.
I'm having an issue where (sometimes) there is exactly one extra point plotted beyond the boundary on the right side of the graph frame. This has happened on plots of XY, X-YY, and YY-YY type. After a bit of testing, I see it appears only for a specific boundary x-value; if I increase or decrease around that value it's fine, but I can't find a particular rhyme or reason for why a particular value is causing this issue. Most of the time I can alter the graph domain slightly to work around it, but once in a while it's inconvenient because I'd like to plot a particular range.
Sorry if this is a previously addressed issue, but I didn't find any related topics. Any help would be appreciated.
Best,
Julius |

Hi Julius,
We have no idea unless we can actually see the graph. Can you send us an OPJU with only the minimal amount to data in it and the simplest graph to illustrate the issue. We'd need that to reproduce and address the issue. Simply looking at a screen shot would not do.
If the OPJU file is less than or equal to 2 MB, you may sent an email to tech@originlab.com and attach the OPJU. If it is bigger, you may upload it to DropBox or similar and share a link with tech@originlab.com.
Thanks, Chris Drozdowski Originlab Technical Support
