Origin 2019b (32-bit)
9.6.5.169

Hello,

I programmed a button which creates a text label. Now I want to set a line distance of the text but I can't find a command for the line distance.

Does anybody knows the command?

Thank you.

Best regards

Matej

You need to give more details here, what does line distance of a text object mean?

Hi Matej,

Not sure which property you want to set for text label, but I think this page might help:

@cpyang sorry for the wrong translation. I switched the language now to English and the property which I want to change is called "line spacing"

@yuki_wu there is no information about the line spacing.

Best regards

Hi Matej,

Using objectName.vgap property can control the vertical gap between each row in the percentage of font height.

To check the available object properties, you can type the following in Script Window:
objectName.= <ENTER>

For more details please refer to the page I mentioned above.
