Dear Experts,

I want to import google map image as background for cluster analysis and loading of google map is not working.
Why? Please gudie me. Thanks

Google disabled its maps api from google.cn around 6 months ago.

You cannot use it without VPN.

The apps requirement IE 11 or above. Could you check whether your IE version needs to be upgraded?

If it is not the reason, could you provide more details how does the app not work? Is there any error message? What operation did you do?

Thanks for your message.
I just re-intalled my OriginPro and it start working. Before this nothing was appearing when I click on googlemap app.
