Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2020b
Operating System: MacOS via Citrix Server

I have failed to change the axes number formats on a graph. I need a fixed number of decimal places (in this case 1 d.p.) for all tick labels but it fails with the following settings:
Type: Numeric
Display: Custom
Custom Format: .1

What am I missing? Please help.

Can you go to menu Preference -> Options..., go to Axis tab. Uncheck No Trailing Zero box.
