Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1

Greetings!

I call Uniform Height/Width in a Layout but observe that it breaks the original aspect ratio even though Keep Aspect Ration tick is set.
How do I avoid this and keep the aspect ratio fixed?

This seems to be a bug. I will report it.
