I am new to this forum and not a huge expert on origin quiet yet - so please be kind to me ;).
I got a question regarding the scaling of the axes. For my work I often need to plot Nyquist-Plots for my impedance measurements. Important for those plots is that the scaling on both axes is proportional. This means: 5 units on the x axes have to have the same length as 5 units on the y axes. I know that there is the option to scale them both together. My problem here is that this results also in a scaling of the thickness, text on the axes and so on. For publications it is crucial that all graphs are uniformly which is not the case if the text etc. is scaled as well. Therefore my question is if there is a chance to just scale the length of the axes with either a function of Origin I did not find yet or by usage of a selfmade macro or something like this.

You may want to fix the graph object size during layer scaling. You can double click on the graph, select Layer on the left panel, go to Size tab in the right panel, set Scale Elements to Fixed Factor. See if it works.
