Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:win10
Hi,
I set the system viriable 'HAI=0'. While the AI file can not be exported from my orgin. But the .ai exists in the export option. After exporting as ai, there are no files.
So what's the problerm?

Hi Tian5ku,

We hid this AI format because it is a lower version with many issues. We will suggest you to export PDF file instead, which can be supported well in AI too.

For no file exported, please check the Message Log window once you exported a .ai file, to see where the file has been exported and if there is an error message about the export.
We recently fixed a related issue(ORG-22757) about "error 501", if you got this error too, you can try to resolve this issue by following the solution here:
