Hi I am using the grouped interval plot (indexed data). I have two 2 main groups (ex. old and new) and 3 subgroups (ex time 1, time 2, time 3). I want to plot old-time 1 next to new time1, old time 2 with new time 2. However, I do not have equal number of samples/data for old and new groups and I have to leave the cells blank. If I leave the cells blank its being read as 0 and my standard deviation on the charts are not correct.
Is there a way to ignore those blank cells? Or is there another way to make such a plot?

Hello,

You don't have to have equal number of samples/data for old and new data.
E.g.

You can adjust which is main group to change the order.

Thanks, Snow
