Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2019, 9.6.0.172
Operating System:

Hello guys,
I'm using the Origin program for organizing SERS data.
And I have lots of SERS data that need to be corrected.
In my case, I got many SERS data for one sample at many different spots.
So, the Raman shift value which needs to be selected for baseline correlation is the same.

In this situation, how can I get my data with ease after automatically baseline correlation?

I need your help.
Please, it will be of great help.
My wrist hurts, and I'm consuming my time inefficiently.

You want to use the same baseline data for all your spectrums? If so, you may want to use Batch Peak Analysis Using Theme.

Check the tutorial video below, and in the first page of the Peak Analysis tool, select Subtract Baseline as goal.
