Hello Origin Users,
I am trying to use this zoomed inset feature on Origin, but I cannot see the zoomed graph as shown below.
Any help would be appreciated,

Hello,
Which app are you using? There are 2 apps related to this.
Zoom Inset
Zoom Inset Plus
I remember Zoom Inset Plus work better.
Could you choose View: Zoom All so all elements in graph shows?
Then move the inset graph back.
Does it happen in any graph? When you choose Zoom Inset, does it open a dialog? If so, in the dialog, could you choose System default theme just in case some last used theme settings caused the issue.

Hi Snow,
- I am using Zoomed Inset App (and the same happens with Plus App)
- This only happens in my graph templates; and not in default graph templates from Origin - I don't know why. In my graph template, I had formatted it to fit page to layers.
- When I chose View --> Zoom All; I can see the inset graph, but I cannot move the inset graph back into the main graph and/or I cannot zoom out back. |

Could you send your graph template with us so i can see how to reproduce and also it will be easier for our developer to check.

Hi Neena,
I got the template file. But with it, when using the app, i don't get inset graph at all. Just a yellow rectangle shows.
I reported it in P2 of APPS-1049 for our developer to look though.

Yes, I see the inset graph only when I zoom all under View. Thank you for reporting this issue; so will I be updated here when it's resolved?

Yes. Our developer said the layer size is wrong somehow. He is busy with some other items and will look more into it.
We will let you know once this is resolved.
