Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): originpro 2021
Operating System:windows 7 64
Hello, when I use the "Average if" function in columns with empty cells or non-numeric values these are counted and the result is different than if I use the "mean" function. Is it a bug or does it make any sense? Can this form of calculation be avoided?

Hi Duff,

Yes, this is a known bug which has been fixed in Origin 2021b,
https://originlab.jira.com/browse/ORG-22847

Would you please consider to upgrade your Origin to 2021b?
