Hi Andrey,
You can double click on the pie chart and open the Plot Details dialog, select the plot in the left panel and go to Labels tab, uncheck Position: Associate with Wedge checkbox.
After this, you can move the label manually.

I think it is worth adding the corresponding button to mini toolbar of pie charts.
