What is the reason? IF you just want to modify the data after import, you can change that default here

I do not want to use Data Connector at all. It appears every time when I import data into Origin. I use the same worksheet multiple times for different data. Data Connector is what makes my work with datasheets much more complicated than before.
I just want to turn it OFF by default and not see it in any Origin files I use.

Are you referring to drag and drop files to existing sheet? Check this
