Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

Greetings….everyone
Could you help me with a video demonstrating the parameter estimation for a system of ordinary differential equations (5 ODE’s) via curve fitting? We have real observed data of 5 columns and simulated one2 after integrating the system of five columns and need to run any optimization methods to estimate those parameters within lower bound and upper bound for each one. Moreover, some of the initial states are missing. Could we use the ODE fit app? if so could you provide a video for the full procedures and required fields to follow? If possible once the available video is short without sound.
Thanks for your help and support.

Please use this app to fit ODE, the app page also contains a tutorial video:

You may refer to this post on setting multiple ODE equations.
