Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2021
Operating System: Win 10


While adding our own reference data for XRay analysis in the following file - "Reference Data.opju", what is the Y-axis supposed to be? Is it supposed to be relative intensity or is it supposed to be the d spacing?

Hi sam,

The Y axis in the reference data is d-spacing.

Please let me know if any problem.
