OriginPro 2022b (64-bit) SR1 9.9.5.167 Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64
Greetings!
I noticed that Join Worksheets by Column command called from GUI does not match actual column values if one or both reference columns are set as Categorical.
It would be nice it the command had an option what values to match: actual or category index.
Does it make sense?

Hi Andrey,
Thanks. I created ORG-25262 for this.
Actually i am not sure in what case user wants to match categorical index. I suppose it should always follow actual text.
Thanks, Snow

Dear Snow,
I agree with you. I use Categorical for plotting and current I create a dummy not-categorical reference column to use Join Worksheets by Column.
