Origin Version and Service Release: OriginPro 9.0.0 (64-bit) SR2 b87
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi All;

I was wondering how to fit a curve for the 2D data given below. Those data from a spectrum (Normalized Counts vs. Energy). I was trying to use "nonlinear curve fit"using "Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm". I tried different options in the tool and I had no luck. The final curve fitting should be similar to image I attached from an article. Any advice regarding this highly appreciated. Thank You!

Best Regards;

Lakshitha

Do you know what fitting function to use for the fitting? From the image, it looks like a multiple peak fitting with background subtraction. If that's the case, you will need to use the Peak Analyzer tool. Thanks.
