Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): latest version
Operating System: MacOS running windows 10 VM
Hi, I have 8 data tables of time vs. current for a solar cell. Each cell has 8 pixels, and the data is of each separate pixel. I would like to have data that is reflective of the performance of the entire solar cell. Is there a way to combine these tables into one? I tried a straight average, but the times at which measurements are taken vary a bit so it does come out a little weird.

I was told by a colleague something of the sort is possible, but I do not have much experience with this software.

Do you mean average multiple data into same time range though the X values may not be exactly the same.

You can choose Analysis: Mathematics: Average Multiple Curves and pick all the 8 XY as input. (e.g. in the dialog's input node, click > and choose Select Columns... to pick data from different worksheets)

In the Average Multiple Curves dialog, there is also Method: Concatenate option to Combine them into one XY pair and have X sorted.


There is also Worksheet: Append Worksheets to combine data rowwise or columnwise into one worksheet.
