Hi,

I did some fits on data using Peak Analyzer and I got integrated areas under separate peaks. However, my total sum of counts under two peaks is ~ 10 times lower than integrated areas that are calculated by Peak Analyzer. Attached are the screenshots. Do you know what the problem is?

Thank you

These are two different quantities. Note that the unit of the integrated area is Count*Kev.

Thank you.
How to relate these two quantities?

The total counts can be estimated by the total area under the curve divided by the "bin size". In this context, the bin size is approximately the distance between adjacent data points.
