Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2024b Pro (Trial version)
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello!

I'm trying to perform a Two-way ANOVA on my data. How do I check for homogeneity of variances in two-way anova? I know that the dialog box for One-way ANOVA has a Tab to select the tests for equal variance, but it doesn't show up in the Two-way ANOVA dialog box. I'm trying to perform a Levene's test on my data but I don't know how to do that.

Thank you very much!

Right now Origin doesn't support equal variance test in 2-way ANOVA. We will improve it. As a workaround, you can first unstack the data into multiple columns (Raw data format), then perform 1-way ANOVA for the testing. Please watch the video below. Thank you.
