OriginPro 2026b (64-bit) 10.3.5.222 Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 10.0.19045.7725
Greetings!
Please see at attached project:https://my.originlab.com/ftp/forum_and_kbase/Images/2026-10-08a.opju
How do I run Batch Plotting of the Spectrum1 template (uses X, Y.1, Y.2) with the same X column, but all the other YY pairs: Y.3-Y.4; Y.5-Y.6, and so on?
Does Batch Plotting in principle allow this? If negative, then what is the best way to achieve my goal?
I appreciate getting your response soon.

There is Column Offset option in Batch Plotting with Column Offset in Batch Plot dialog. Set it to 2 to offset 2 columns so it will plot D,E together; F,G together, ..... Select from column D in the middle panel.

Dear Snow,
Well noted! It works flawlessly.
What does "Specify Offset by Target Column" do?

I removed my image since later I realized no need to select to end of the columns in the middle panel.
With "Specify Offset by Target Column" checked, just select column D. It will auto update Column Offset to 2 (since it's 2 from the 1st plot in current graph)
Just click will plot each two pairs.
Here is the explanation of the checkbox on doc link
"Check it to smartly determine the column offset. The list box will then shows available columns in the source sheet. Select the column(s) for the first duplicated graph, and Number of Offset will update accordingly. Uncheck to manually specify Column Offset. The list box will then show the column(s) for the first duplicated graph."
Thanks, Snow |
