Origin Version: OriginPro 7.5 SR6 v7.5885(B885)
Operating System: Windows XP Pro SP2

I have the following code (CustomersList is a string):
GETN_BOX(UITree)
GETN_LIST(CName, "Customer Name", 1, CustomersList)
GetNBox(UITree,"Customers","Select the Customer");

Later in my procedure, I want another dialog box.

If I do this:
GETN_BOX(UITree)
GETN_STR(SName,"Some Name","")
GetNBox(UITree,"Names","Names");
I get 2 variables named UITree.

If I do this:
UITree.Reset();
GETN_STR(SName,"Some Name","")
GetNBox(UITree,"Names","Names");
The SName node is not attached to UITree.

Is there a way to use the same tree in a second dialog box?

Jay

there is a GETN_USE macro, like this

void bb(TreeNode& trGetN)
{
GETN_USE(trGetN)

GETN_STR(SName,"Some Name","")
GetNBox(trGetN,"Names","Names");
}
void aa()
{
string CustomersList = "John|Sam|Andy|Mike";
GETN_BOX(UITree)
GETN_LIST(CName, "Customer Name", 1, CustomersList)
if(GetNBox(UITree,"Customers","Select the Customer"))
bb(UITree);
}
