Hi,

I have Origin 6.0 and am having a little trouble. When I open an origin file, the axis are not displayed. This means I have to refresh or re-enter the axis range each time I open. Also, if I already have an origin window open, I cannot open another (origin tells me it cannot find the file). Any help greatly appreciated.

OS: Windows XP pro with Office xp 2003

Hello Steve,

Are you using a HP printer? If so, please follow the instructions in this webpage to replace a dll file:
http://www.originlab.com/www/support/resultstech.aspx?ID=1080&language=English&Version=All

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately this dll file is for Origin 7.5 while I have version 6.0. Do you know if the same file is available for Origin version 6.0?
