Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5 SR1
Operating System: Windows XP

Have done this many times in the past, but now when going to 'Plot Setup' the program freezes up. Still able to use the computer, but the program itself locks up.

No changes to the computer. Closed out the other programs running. Reloaded the program. Restarted the computer. All to no avail ...

I also went to past plots that have worked, and yet even with those, it still locks up when going to 'Plot Setup'.

Help?.

Since you only have SR1 I suggest you update to SR6. It fixes many odd problems as discussed here...

Thanks Mike.

Tried that. No luck.

Have been working with Lorraine from technical support. She tracked it down to an active-x conflict with our server (we get lots of that). Had I known Origin used active-x, I would'a thought of that earlier.

Appears the issue is on our end. We'll keep working it. Thanks for your reply though.
