If you are talking about displaying the formula with which the non-linear curve fitting is performed, you can do the following:
1) Create a plot of the input data.
2) With this graph active, start the Non Linear Curve Fitter.
3) Perform the fit (If you are using Origin 8, make sure to select the Paste Result Tables to Source Graph check box in the Settings -- Output tab.)
After the fitting is done, the results, including the formula, will be pasted to the source graph.

If this is not what you want, please explain your question in detail.

To find this check box, please open the NLFit dialog when a graph is ACTIVE. In the Settings tab, select Advanced in the left. Then on the right panel, expand Output Results and Plot Settings, you will see the check box.
