Hello!
Could somebody explain me how I make a logarthim fit in origin 7.5? The problem is that the scale of the x-acsis is logarithmic and I have to make a fit which has to appear as a straight line, which has to intersect the x-axis too. Please give simple directions cause I'm not a computer expert.

I don't know what a logarithmic fit is, but it sounds like what you want is a fit that appears linear when your X axis is logarithmic.

Select Tools : Linear Fit from your menu
Click the Settings tab and check the 'Apparent Fit' checkbox
Back on the Operation tab click the Fit button

This should give you a straight line fit of your data. It isn't a straight line as you will see if you change the X Axis scale back to Linear.
