Hi,

does anybody know how I can make a 2-dimensional derivation in Origin 8?

I have to analysize the fluorescence signal of a x-y-matrix (on x-axis there is the excitation wavelength, on y-axis there is the emission wavelength).

How can I make the 2-dimensional derivation so I get as a result a 3-dimensional plot?

Thanks for your help.

Jo

Hi, jo

Currently, Origin cannot support this. Sorry for that. Maybe it will be realized in the future version.
