Hello Members,
Recently i started using origin 8 version..the multi peak fitting is nice..
My problem is changing the font style for X-axis label..
Suppose after plotting the graph, I type 'Year' as label for x-axis. And it is in Arial style. I wanted to change to 'Helvetica' font style. Can any one help in this peculiar problem? because i cannot find helvetica font in the font list.

thanks for all for your help
Grace

Sorry i think it is not possible to include Helvetica in Origin 8 (i guess it may be in 8.1 ver?)..I will use Arial, which is fine.

Hi,

this is not an issue of Origin version, we don't distribute such fonts with Origin. The Origin gui just shows what fonts are available on the system, and looks like Helvetica is not typically available on Windows systems. You can download/purchase fonts and install them and then you should be able to select them from the Origin GUI.

See this article about helvetica for example: http://desktoppub.about.com/cs/fonts/f/helvetica_where.htm
