Origin Ver. 6.0 and Service Release ?
Operating System: XP pro

When I perform a non-linear curve fit of several lorentzian functions to some data the output of the data is given only to a single significant figure for the area parameters. I have uploaded an example. How can I retrieve more accurate values for A1, A2 etc? Why aren't they displayed in scientific format?

Thanks for your help.

Significant digits are controlled, by default, in the Tools:Options dialog, on the Numeric Format tab. You can also control them separately from inside the Nonlinear Curve Fitting dialog. Select Options:Control and you'll see the Parameters Significant Digits table.
