Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

I was just going thru the tutorials of fitting the data so I would know what i was doing, and the tutorials are not working

Once i get to simulating the curves for initial parameters, i just get a straight line or "unable to compile user defined function"

is there something i didnt input correctly? or didnt something get changed!

i mean! who messes up a tutorial?

You'd better tell us which Origin version you are working on and which tutorial you are looking at.

Thanks

Tutorials on our website is for 8.0 or later. Please refer to the 7.0 Help document for how to use the Nonlinear Fitting tool, as we don't provide technical support for 7.0 now.

Thanks
