When I plot a box chart, how can we customize the whisker caps width? The default width sometimes is too small, thank you.

Hi:

Whisker is part of the box, so you can change the entire box width only. This is controlled in "Pattern" tab, "Border" group.

I know you want to customize the caps only. It's not supported in the current version.
