I find the sizes of the unit for x and y axis are different. where unit for 1 on x is not equal to the unit for 1 on y? Is there any method to make them equal?

layer.unit=2;//1=% of page, 2=inch
layer.width = layer.height * (x2-x1)/(y2-y1);
