Origin 8.5.1 SR2 Windows 7 enterprise

Hi,

I have a problem with batch processing. I made an analysis template without problems but when I want to do the batch processing, I immediately get an error:

"File Import Error: Unknown error.
Using filter:
C:\Program Files (x86)\OriginLab\Origin851\Filters\CSV.oif"

So nothing is imported. However, if I choose to import the same set of files (with the same import settings) either by "import single ascii" or "import multiple ascii" I do not get this error message.

Any thoughts on the cause of this?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Marcin

Hi Highwash,

Could you send your Analysis template file and data to tech@originlab.com so that we can identify the problem?
You can also refer to the link
http://www.originlab.com/Index.aspx?go=Support/VideoTutorials&pid=2109
,and make sure your setting for batch process is correct.

Best regards,
