Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): Origin Pro 9.0
Operating System: Win7

Hello,
Recently, I just plot a 3D surface figure, and I just want the tick of Z axis start from a given value, but when I set the value in Z axis "scale", the same term in Y axis is changed automatically. I am confused about it, and wish somebody could provide a helpful solution. Thanks a lot!

Did you set the Z axis "scale" in the Axis dialog, which is accessible by double clicking on the Z axis.
I am not sure whether it is a problem because of specific data. Would you mind sending us your project file and details steps to change scale of Z axis to tech@originlab.com so that we can identify the problem?

Best regards,
Jason Zhao

Hi, Zhao,
I have sent a message to the email you proved, and very soon receive a reply from Greg. He said it appears to be a bug in Origin 9.0 and does not exit in release 9.1. Also he give me a workaround which works for solving my problem, I very happy to see that results. Thanks for your responsible work!
Best regards for both of you!
