Hi,

I'm trying to fit several curves using the Logistic (Growth/Sigmoidal) function.
However, some of my data are not fitting properly.

I was able to fit all the curves, with acceptable errors, fixing the X0 value in the parameters section.
But, I don't know how these values (X0, A1, A2) presented in the parameters before the fitting were calculated by Origin.

Can anyone help me with that?
Your message is highly appreciated.
Thanks

Leo

Hi Leo,

If you use our build-in function to fit, before fitting the parameters are initialized.

You can check the Parameter Initialization code in the "Fitting Function Organizer" dialog (from menu, Tools: Fitting Function Organizer ).

If you want to know more details about Parameter Initialization, please refer to this help page:

Thanks
