Hi, i am trying to use origin export server, but sadly find that it doesn't work well right. I submit my .ogg file and see that my job is done from the status page, but never receive email back.

Can you look into this?

Sorry, we've been doing some upgrading of our system here. The graphic export server should be running again by tomorrow. Could you please try again then?
