Hi,
Do you know when SR1 for Origin 7.5 will be available for downloading? I would like to fix the problem #5159 (with "Overlapped Points Offset Plotting" both color and shape indexing have problems in Origin 7.0, SR 2).
Thanks, Andrej

Hello, CP
could you please make the patch available for HTTP download also (FTP is blocked by our plant network infrastructure ...). Maybe at http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?s=12&lm= 64 I did't find anything at this address for downloading the new service pack ...
Checking for Update fails at about 36% with the message, that the connection coudn't be established correctly ...
Thanks Hajo

Hello, all
finally got the Origin 7.5 SR1 from the Updates pages as HTML download.
The only thing I failed was to download the zip containing the help files .. "e75sr1_help.zip" - It says, the file is located at a restricted area, I don't have access ...
This address I called http://www.originlab.com/restricted/file_download.aspx?file=/ftp/Origin_updates/english/e75sr1_help_files.zip That's the error message: Restricted File Download Unable to locate site requested for download.
Looking for Update out of the Origin Help menu also failes ...
So far Hajo

Hello, all
Hmmmmmmm
At my linux workstation at home I can download all tree files without any problem!
Using WindowsXP at work, I get the error message
quote: Restricted File Download Unable to locate site requested for download.
I pointed out in my last post ...
Any hint? Cio

Hi Hajo,
Same thing was happening for me during the last couple of days (XP also). But I finally managed to download the help files just now. The problem seems to be fixed.

Hello, Mike
thanks for the info ... I yesterday downloaded the stuff from my linux box, burned it on CD and installed it at work ...
Thanks Hajo
p.s. The Download linke from the Origin webpage only shows to service releases for Origin7.0 - Only from the Service menu you are guided directly to the updates for Origin7.5.
