Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2019 (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 7

Hello there,
i have a problem with my origin i cant solve.
After working a while origin doesnt react proper to mouseclicks anymore.

It means it works in the main window but not on the menu bar.
Pressing Alt+F4 changes this behavior:
Origin then racts to clicks in the menu bar but not in the main window^^

I had this problem on my old version of origin (origin 2015), too.
So i thougt installing the new one should fix it, but...

Does anybody know this problem?
Does someone have an idea?
If you need more information on my system or origin version, crash files or something please ask... im getting mad

Hi Chris,
I haven't heard of other users reporting this.

Could you email to tech@originlab.com so we can arrange a gotomeeting with you to debug what may be causing the issue?

You might have had some dialog opened off the screen...did you have other moniters but removed later?

I have already sent the crashreport to originlab.
But I will send a new message to the adress you gave me.

@castiel:
I do have a second mointor. But i didn't changed anytghing with it and i don't think that i missed a dialog box.
