Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2020 9.7.0.188
Operating System: Windows 10

I am trying to plot a double y bar overlap (showing individual data points). I can plot double y box chart as shown here: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/DoubleY-Box-Chart using layers but so far haven't managed to do it for bar charts or bar charts with data points overlapped. Is it possible to do this on Origin?

Hi Idilcan,

Origin can plot such double-Y bar chart easily. Please just refer to this help page:
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/DoubleY-Column-Graph

Thanks,
Shirley

Hi Shirley, I would like the bars to show the individual data points like the middle image here: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Bar-chart but the column graph does not have this option.

Where are the data points coming from?

Bar chart each bar is a single value right? So you want to overlay some other values? You need to give your example data and draw an image on how you want that data to be shown.

Or you can give some sample images from the internet.
