Hello, i don't understand how i can do a fitting linear with Least-Squares Method.

Hi Martina,
The Linear Fit tool accessible from the Analysis->Fitting... menu DOES perform least-square regression, see help page:
http://originlab.com/www/helponline/Origin8/en/regression_and_curve_fitting/linear_regression.htm
You can also use the nonlinear fitter, if desired, to fit with the Line (and other functions) in the Polynomial category.
