Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8.5.0 SR1
Operating System: Win7 Pro 32bit

I have a series of 'contour-color fill' plots that represent data across a surface and i would like to 'layer' these (as shown in the mock up i made below) so that they can easily be compared.

My question is whether such a plot is possible with my version of origin and if so can anyone explain how i can do it.

We have used Origin 8.5 to create a very simple example as below. Please see whether it meet your requirements. To create a graph as below, we need all the matrices in the same dimension. If your matrix data are in the same dimension, you could send your data to us and then we could try to create the graph for you.
